Each box will have a ‘best before’ date printed on the bottom of the box. As a general rule the chocolates should be consumed within 8 weeks. Certain flavours such as caramels and pralines will last longer but if you are receiving a mixed box from us then we will always put a best before date of 8 weeks.

Each chocolate is handmade in our home. We take great care in each aspect of the production, from spraying the moulds to creating the fillings so that each order will taste exactly the same.

We recommend always storing the chocolates in a cool and dark place, ideally in a cupboard. If you feel this is still too warm then they can be stored in the fridge, though they may loose some of their shine.

Each box will have the individual flavours printed on the bottom of the box and you can also check these on our website on the flavours page. All of the most common allergies will be highlighted in bold letters

Yes of course! We have tried to be as flexible as possible in our approach to ordering chocolates so you can order whatever you want to put into your boxes. Or you can just order a random box and see what arrives!

Each box is posted in a high quality corrugated cardboard box with the box of chocolates surrounded with zigzag shredded paper to help ensure the boxes arrive safely to your door.

Whilst we make every attempt to send your boxes out in the most secure way. We understand that unfortunately from time to time boxes may arrive with some broken chocolates. If this happens then please get in touch with us by email and we will urgently try to resolve the issues. Our email address is hello@benona.co.uk

We will always endeavour to send your chocolates out within 48 hours of ordering. If you order after 3pm on Friday then any orders will be sent out on Monday. All boxes are sent out using Royal Mail 1st Class Post. If you are in a rush for your order then they can also be collected from Bramhall, Stockport.

Yes of course you can! If you have a party, corporate event or wedding that you need to plan and are looking for a personalised gift for your guest or customers then please get in touch and we can come up with some interesting designs and flavours for you to represent your event or brand. Perishable goods such as chocolate cannot be returned and are not eligible for refunds. We only replace item(s) if they are defective or damaged and will exchange for the same item(s) only.
